The Dvico TViX HD N1 is the sourest and weakest cup of "digital media coffee" we've ever tasted.

Interesting design ; Easy to use on/off switch

Crashtastic ; Most streaming services cause it to crash ; Most video services cause it to crash ; Slow boot-up — when it isn't crashing ; Did we mention it's not very stable

Initially I was **** as it kept crasing on me, called the supplier who send me a new firmware and swish! work like a charm. So make sure that the first you do is to update the firmware and then it works and will be your friend forever.

Was really worried about review but could not go pass price @$129. Got device home plugged it in and have now replaced my HTPC. This thing is awesome if you play high res MKV files.

Well i've used mine for a couple of weeks and watched numerous animes and movies with subtitles. Hasn't crashed one single time for me. Using a 1.5 TB HDD to store.

I've had one of these for 6 months. The Dvico people release firmware updates pretty regularly, and I've only had the device crash once. I stream large (11+ GB) 1080p movies off a NAS (SMB) and it has no troubles. Doesn't like ISO's much, but brilliant...
