Escape from Bug Island

There are few experiences more wonderful than unexpectedly bumping into an old friend you haven't seen in ages. The immediate spark of recognition at the beginning of the encounter is an amazing feeling; not to mention the warm feeling nostalgia you...

Escape from Bug Island Review

It should be called "Escape From The Dated, Uncontrollable Game" instead

Escape From Bug Island could very easily be a long-lost Dreamcast title, with hastily-added motion controls. Were that the case, I think I'd rather it had stayed lost; I can't even imagine anyone enjoying this.

Escape From Bug Island

Abandon all hope, ye who enter here…

Enough Jungian iconography to fuel a thesis ; Controls have some truly inventive ideas ; Budget price

Horribly implemented controls ; Levels are empty and repetitive ; You could get RE4 for the same price ; All of those Jungian references were probably accidental ; Game recycles levels in the second half

ARGH! GP, I don't want to get into a bad games arms race with you!

Escape From Bug Island

I?m not kidding; I closed my eyes and picked a Wii game. When my eyes opened there it was, Escape From Bug Island. I?ve been dredging this game ever since I saw it. The cover is horrible, the description of the game is terrible and the M rating makes...

I might have hated a lot of things about this game, but it is a lot better than most games. Escape From Bug Island has a lame story, which is told by bad actors. The graphics remind me of some N64 game that?s on steroids. You see a lot of the same...

Escape from Bug Island

Back when the Wii was first being shown off, Spike's Necro-Nesia garnered quite a lot of attention in the absence of anything from Capcom on the Resident Evil front. A survival horror game that used the Wii controls definitely seemed right up...

Sadly what could have been the perfect remedy for those waiting for Resident Evil at the launch of the Wii turned into a game that was delayed in the West due to low Japanese sales and failed to live up to anybody's expectations. Escape from Bug Island...

Escape From Bug Island (Wii) review

A game full of bugs really is never a good idea...

If you’re a bad game connoisseur, you’ll probably find Necro-Nesia hilarious. Everyone else – leave well alone.

Addictive

You can play this game for a long time without getting bored. It is fun with or without other players. I have still to figure out how the scoring works or how to beat my wife at the game, but that will come later I hope. The idea seems simple, ...

Is it a BASH or BUST?

Bust-A-Move Bash is Taito's newest edition of its classic franchise, now available on the Nintendo Wii! But is this "bash" really worth your time or should you skip it; just like a hangover? Bust-A-Move Bash is a simple, yet difficult to master puzzle ...

Okay for people who like puzzle games......

I love all Bust a Move games and was excited when I heard Wii was coming out a version too. As soon as I got the game I popped it into the Wii. I tried out the puzzle one first. There are a few stages to choose from but when you first start out you ...

Dire....

Looked promising from the box... but I spent the first five minutes hitting the A button to run through cheesey dialogue. The background music was terrible played on a bontempi and really dull. Got bored quickly and returned to WII RESORT which is...
