Family Party: 30 Great Games Winter Fun

The control scheme will leave you cold. I hate winter. I hate everything about it; the cold, the salt, and the idiot drivers who can't drive in it, but mostly...

Nice selection of games at a budgeted price

No Mii or Motion Plus support ; Can't just pick up and play ; Problematic controls

I hate winter. I hate everything about it; the cold, the salt, and the idiot drivers who can’t drive in it, but mostly I hate the snow. So, as a kid, I never did really get to go outside and play in it. I also don’t know how to do all the skiing,...

Family Party: 30 Great Games

D3Publisher brings yet another collection of minigames to the Nintendo Wii with the budget title release of "Family Party: 30 Great Games".

Plenty of variety for all types of players ; Family and child friendly ; Every game is playable with up to 4 players ; Some of the most addictive appeal yet on the cheap minigame collection side of things ; Easy to learn the controls for every single...

I would complain about a few things, but for $20, I'll let some things go ; Online play would have been a nice inclusion via direct connection

It's a $20 collection with 30 full minigames and complete 4 player support in every single game. For anyone with an interested family, group of friends or even active children, this is a terrific buy.

Family Party: 30 Great Games

Riddled with torturous, repetitive controls, this budget mini-game collection is the antithesis of a fun party game.

A few interesting game concepts ; Plain but effective visual style

Shaking a remote back and forth while hammering buttons is not fun ; Unclear controls and incomplete instructions ; Ten of the games must be unlocked in single player ; Some games drag on for too long

0 is the score for "box contained bobcat instead of videogame"

Family Party: 30 Great Games -- Outdoor Fun

Family Party: 30 Great Games -- Outdoor Fun is a value-minded collection of over 30 mini-games, many inspired by playground games and athletic activities, designed to be played using the movement-sensitive Wii controllers. As in the original Family Party

Family Party: 30 Great Games

30 Great Games? Not quite...

In lieu of a proper user manual pages of instructions are displayed just before the game is started. These instructions are supposed to explain how to play the game but, since the controls are almost always convoluted, the meaning is usually lost. More...

ONLY really fun w/ family (?) DO NOT BUY if you're alone!

SOLO PLAY VS COMPUTERS CAN GET BORING FAST ; Graphics aren't too special ; Not a whole lot of characters you can select from

What a load of........

Didn't even keep this game one night. Very irritating, not fun at all & wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Characters are annoying, controls are over-complicated (& hard to remember) & even the sound effects were annoying too!

A very enjoyable game for the whole family and you can have 4 players on multiplayer. the only let down is you cannot have your Mii Character but still worth the 5 stars.

Don't bother

Title speaks for itself. If you want a good 'activity' game then get Wii Fit plus or Personal Trainer - this is poor.
