G1 Jockey Wii Review

The Wii control scheme has proven itself as a rather capable gun, wand, club, bat, sword and fist amongst other things. However, G1 Jockey Wii gives the control system something fresh to imitate, the reigns of a racehorse.

G1 Jockey Wii Wii Review

This is a weird one. You see, regardless of how high in quality G1 Jockey is, not many people are going to buy it. Hell, even if it was the number one rated jockey game in the world, and a sticker emblazoned on the front of the game stated that fact,...

It’s good, but wait for a price drop, or get the PS2 version.

G1 Jockey (Wii) review

Koei delivers the Wii's first racing sim and there's not a Ferrari or Porsche in sight

It admittedly has a high difficulty level, but get past this and you'll discover a game of incredible depth.

Best Wii Game since mario kart

Great game, takes a few tries to get handle on controls but easy when you know how. The story can become a bit annoying (easily skipped through) but the the racing its self is brilliant. If like like the races this game is a MUST!

Hardwork not fun!!

Almost impossible to master, and a whole load of hard work. If you are looking to lose weight and be like a jockey for five minutes then give it a try, but if you were looking for a fun way to spend a saturday give this one a miss!

Not for me.

Having played horse racing simulations in the arcades, I was hoping for something a bit more fun for me & the kids to play. If that's what you also want, then this is NOT for you. On the other hand if you want to spend ages trying to master all sorts...

Bit of a Turkey.

The controls for this are needlessly complex and the graphics are really blocky and if there was a storyline I couldn't find it. I don't think this was developed with the Wii's remote controls in mind. Seriously - read a book instead!

Good game if youve got the time to learn

Good game if youve got the time to learn. The tutorial takes two hours but is well worth it as you understand the controls/fuctions then. I think its one of WII's best games and has improved on the PS2's version (unlike Mario Kart witch is the same...
