Ghost Squad

In addition to the two-player Arcade Mode, Ghost Squad for the Wii also features a four-player Party Mode and a Training Mode. Slamming as many people as you can around a television for some light gun action is great fun, but the Training Mode is...

Ghost Squad

A remarkable throwback to the classic light-gun shooter era.

Ghost Squad Review

Mindless, arcade blasting fun.

Given how little time it would take someone to make it through one run Ghost Squad, it would be easier to discount the game as simply not being worth the money, however to do so would be at the cost of missing out on a seriously fun arcade experience....

Ghost Squad review for the WII

Great gunplay.; Lots of unlockables.; It's either respectably challenging

or horribly easy.; Short.; Really short.; Really, really short

There was a game called Ghost Squadigan. Begin again!

Ghost Squad

Wii Zapper is pretty unwieldy, but the copy of Link's Crossbow Training that comes with it is pretty cool, and is worth the $20 by itself IMO. Post a Comment

I've always been a fan of bringing the arcade experience home; it's how our gaming industry started. Ghost Squad does a great job of letting you play the classic arcade shooter and even throws in a few extras no one saw coming.

Ghost Squad

Manic, mindless fun or torturous slog? It all depends on what you're in the mood for...

Positively hilarious at times; classic light-gun gameplay; easy to pick up and play

Zero realism; laughable dialog; gets a little repetitive after extended play

Ghost Squad Review

30 gets you a shallow arcade shooter that looks worse than its coin-op cousin.

Then again, and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. For $30, Ghost Squad offers a few hours of light-gun shooting mayhem, but we can't justify its price. It's an ideal rental and a solid purchase, but only if you have extra store credit....

The Zapper - light gunning the load of arcade lovers everywhere

Addictive replay value ; Leaderboard adds incentive ; Accurate, satisfying controls

Ugly graphics ; One play-through is short ; Doesn't have the depth of an FPS

Ghost Squad (2007) on Wii

The Wii version brings the arcade experience home and adds a number of new Wii-specific gameplay modes and features. The game features the use of the Wii Remote as a multi-purpose tool that allows players to easily control the targeting of on-screen...

Ghost Squad (PAL)

The Wii Zapper is a good addon for the Nintendo Wii, the lacklustre Zelda Crossbow Training it came with wasn't the best title to show off light gun style action though. It has come down to Sega to put out the first really decent Zapper title onto the...

Great use of the Zapper ; Lots of fun ; Lots to unlock

Linear ; Too easy to complete

So overall a very fun title and probably the best game to show off how good the Wii Zapper could be in the future, yes graphically it isn’t that hot and the game doesn’t last anywhere near as long as it should do, it is fun all the way through and even...
