Job Island: Hard Working People

You load 16 tons and what do you get?

Very clean and basic graphics ; It has asteroids ; Great presentation

Same as every other minigame compilation ; Story frequently goes from wacky to irritating ; Needs more speech instead of text boxes

Sometimes a character will pop by to offer a bonus job that pays better if you fulfill certain criteria but may bring the asteroid closer if you fail. You can spend reward points on items that buy you a few extra days, although looking at the shopping...

Job Island: Hard Working People

If you're tired of the usual party games then you should really have a go at Job Island. Your goal is to try lots of different jobs to earn enough money to buy gadgets on a TV Shopping channel that will stop an approaching meteor. Um...come again?

Career Fair shows all unlocked games in one place ; 2-player Job Battle Mode ; Irreverent sense of humour ; More original than the usual party games ; Unpredictable events to throw you off balance ; Mystery jobs offered for double/triple pay ; The...

Some jobs (i.e. Bodybuilding) have dodgy controls ; Nonsensical meteor collision time-line ; Limited exploring to do about the house ; No online leader-boards

The fact the magically-delayed meteor never seems to arrive may frustrate, but Job Island is addictive in spite of its unpredictable and baffling structure. Most of the jobs feel fresh and original (Cow Milker, Stuntman, Aerial Photographer) and it's...

as a mini game goes this is one of the best. load of variety of games, each game has three different levels which keep you coming back to reach. also each day in the game only lets you play selected games, which means it doesn't get too repetative. the...

Love it!

This game is fab!! I have now gone out and bought it after renting. The main story is a bit annoying which is probably the only thing that lets it down. Playing the little mini games is the reason I rated it 5 stars! Watch out though as they are...

beginning but off putting, but persevere!!

I brought this game just to see what it was all about, the beginning was really annoying... long introduction and narrative. Once i got going it actually got quite addictive, the jobs are quite funny to complete but u dont have an option to try again...

Annoying storyline, but enjoyable

As with other reviews the story is boring and can be very repetative, I've destroyed 1 meteorite, but hang on there's another and again after that, there's another! But despite that I do enjoy this game, it was good to keep doing the jobs to try and...
