This bare-bones baseball game doesn't do nearly enough to improve upon its predecessor.

Mostly realistic plays in the field after the crack of the bat ; Vibrant stadium sounds, complete with cheers and taunts

Simplistic pitcher-batter duel ; Horrible visuals, especially when it comes to stadium art ; No support for online features like multiplayer and updated rosters

Last fall, I lauded the 2K development team for providing a fleshed-out and fully realized NBA experience for Wii owners. While the graphics in NBA 2k10 for Wii were a bit of a handicap, its feature set was just as deep as the one found on the 360 and PS3

Actual baseball is acceptable. Inside pitch elements present. Solid multiplayer game with friends
