Seriously do not waste your money on this 'game'. You start by creating your 'avatar' make it look like you if you wish (sounds like a good start) then you have to put in your basics; height weight etc. It will tell you if you are over weight and by...

too fiddley

the best thing about this is the simulation which shows you how fat you will get over time if you eat too much and do too little. The rest of it is too awkward and imprecise to bother with for me. Not worth the money.

disappointed, as i have many things for the wii that work well, but this just was not up to the standard, graphics etc were not as good, and did not offer enough of what it stated.

Not worth buying! The graphics are poor - text unreadable. It doesn't do what I thought it would. You can only enter food/exercise details for a basic 7 pattern. You can't enter daily details to keep a track of what you have eaten/exercised and see...
