Monster 4x4: World Circuit Review

Sometimes stuff breaks apart or catches on fire, A bunch of goofy-looking monster trucks

Racing is wholly boring, Destruction and stunt elements are vastly underwhelming, Graphics and audio leave much to be desired, Minigames are just dumb, So many obnoxious guitar solos

Is it a shabby Xbox port, or a genuine must-have Wii title?

Monster 4x4 World Circuit

Most racing titles have you go around a variety of tracks, fending off other vehicles in an attempt to come first, but many of Monster 4x4 World Circuit's tracks look almost identical and you'd have to be Alan Partridge to come anything other than...

Simple controls ; User-friendly menu screens ; Multi-player ; Good for a quick race

Simple graphics ; Repetitive tracks ; Very short ; Easy to win races ; Very few power-ups and upgrades

Not bad!

The tracks are wide and quite fun to play. Some have shortcuts or hidden boost ramps for the more advanced to try and attempt, but a good game for the little un as it's quite forgiving. Definately a rental over purchase unless you happen to be a 4x4...

Very simple racer

This would be a very basic game if it were on another console but the motion sensing Wii controller makes it a bit more interesting. There are several vehicles/maps to unlock but the whole thing shouldn't take you too long to complete. I'd definitely...
