Review: Nyko Perfect Shot for Wii

Many times the peripheral is only as good as the system, and the Nyko Perfect Shot is no different. We've already reviewed the Guncon 3 controller for PS3, which is a solid light gun packed with a lame game. But how does this third-party peripheral...

Great Product

Yet again Newegg is the place to turn to for all my electronics needs.

Works great, fast shipping, cheaper thatn local stores. Bought this for House of the Dead and it hasn't disappointed

Cheap, Uncomfortable

Someone has invented something better! It's the "Intec Gun w/Built in Controller" (Item#:N82E16878110126). It's better in every way and well worth the extra money.

Inexpensive. It sort of holds a Wii remote and kind of feels like a gun

This gun feels very cheaply made. It took me about 10 mins to wedge my remote into it the first time because the nunchuck pass-through connector didn't line up right ; Once you do get it in, the Wii remote isn't held in very well. The channel that it...

Best Gun, Period

I have both the offical Wii Zapper and the Nyko Perfect shot (bought both at retailer for the same price). The Perfect shot has been better for every game I've played.

Possible that this may be the greatest Nintendo Zapper ever. Period. No argument, unless you invent something better ; Great for rail shooter games - Dead Space, House of the Dead, etc ; Easy to use with legit Wii Remotes. Fitment is nice and snug....

Pistol grip is too large for smaller hands (kids < 13 or14 years) or adults with small hands ; Basically made for adults, and maybe you shouldn't buy shooters for your 10 year old

Garbage

If you are considering this product you should just get links crossbow trainer instead its a better product and the game is really fun.

If my friend brings his son over i can let him play with something that i dont care if he breaks ; Somebody bought this as a birthday gift so I didn't pay for it

it is complete garbage, you have to jame your remote forcibly to get it in (after removing rechargeable battery battery cover and strap) Once you finally get it in the trigger barely works. and hinders your play more than if you just held the remote

Outstanding!

Much better than Nintendo's brand, as well as the others I've seen.

Simple ; Cheap ; Works ; My wife and I use these on House of the Dead games, and we're both pleased with them. They only have one button, the trigger, which is all we need. They fit my large hands and my wife's puny hands with no problem

No front site ; Must remove the squishy remote cover to install them ; To take these 'cons' in context, a front site would be fairly worthless on these. As for removing the remote cover, you'll have to do this with any pistol grip

nice little addition

Yes, the wrist strap needs to be removed, which takes a whole five seconds.... ;)

I've tried quite a few of the gun attachments and this is by far the best. Nice trigger feel and is quite sturdy and steady in hand. Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles and Call Of Duty World At War is even more fun now with this! Excellent price

Zilch

Great Gun

no routing the cord thru the handle its pre assembled to make that easy, very accurate i would say if you played this alot an got use to it you could actually take the ingame sight off an just point an shoot

after a while of game play (over an hour) it does stress your hand an finger but you can always take a break ; an the handle is a little big for my hand ; this is the only reason i didnt give the gun a 5
