Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers

D3Publisher's odd release scheme brings us the direct sequel to the Xbox 360 version of the same series, "Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers".

More fitting visuals for the Nintendo Wii ; Very nice difficulty curve ; Plenty of replay value ; 4 full characters to play around with ; 29.99 MSRP

Too mindless for most people ; Concept is a bit "out there" and wont appeal to many gamers ; Sound is very obnoxious because of those annoying beatbox movement sounds

I've had enough of this series for now. I love it, but there's only so much mindlessness I can handle at one time. If you have to choose, I'd say go with this version over the Xbox 360 version for all intents and purposes. Not only does it have more...

Some things just don't belong on the Wii. This is one of them

Gallons and gallons of blood ; Gunplay using the Wii-mote ; Cheesecake factor is fairly high

Inaccurate motion controls ; Text narration sequences ; Terribly brain-dead AI

From top to bottom, Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers feels like a complete mismatch for the Wii. All of the redeeming qualities we found on the Xbox and PS2 games have been lost in translation. What little mature fun was to be had, including the...

Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers

Japan's mature-themed Onechanbara series officially comes to North America for the first time with Bikini Zombie Slayers, a hack-and-slash title designed to spill a lot of blood and show a lot of skin. Gamers take control of either Aya or Saki, two beauti

Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers

Only consider picking this up if anime bikini-clad zombie killers turn you on, or you don't have the internet in your bedroom.

Two player co-op mildly entertaining

Dodgy Wii controls ; Repetitive combat ; Bland environments

There's the odd redeeming feature - two-player co-operative play and the sisters' animations are highlights - but Onechanbara Bikini Zombie Slayers' combat proves the killer blow. The wait goes on for a quality Devil May Cry, God of War or Ninja Gaiden...

This game is very random... You get to kill zombies which is good... But it's quite simple. I got bored.
