Games review - Super Mario All-Stars restarts the party

Does the 25th anniversary of Super Mario Bros. get the commemoration it deserves or is this one party that deserves to be pooped on?

Super Mario Bros. and Super Mario Bros. 3 are cast iron classics and the other two games are interesting novelties. Save option is welcome

It's just an old SNES ROM and if it was on the Virtual Console it'd cost a mere £5.60, especially as it only runs in 50Hz mode. Booklet and CD are pretty weak

The 25th anniversary of Super Mario Bros. deserved a much better celebration than this, but the games themselves are still pure gaming perfection.
