The Munchables (Wii)

The Munchables is an undeniably cute action-platformer with a charming exterior, focusing on simplistic mechanics and a fun premise that encourages you to stuff your face full of piratical produce. Though many will find its brevity, shallowness, and...

What if Pac Man went 3D and was actually fun? What would happen if you took the concept of Pac Man and combined it with Katamari Damacy? Sounds like a...

Cheap good times ; Dancing bananas ; Easy to pick up and play

Extremely easy ; No progression or upgrades ; Can get repetitive

The Munchables

The Munchables is a game that emerged not with a bang, but a whimper. The game has gone largely unnoticed by both critics and gamers alike. But Wii gamers owe it to themselves to at least check this one out. Let's be frank though and say this right out...

Neat visual style ; Simple, concise gameplay

Gets old fast ; Very, very easy

The Munchables, while neat-looking, is ultimately for casual gamers. It can kill a quick afternoon, but regular gamers are going to drop this one fairly quick. It’s a definite rent, but don’t bother with a buy - you’ll be trading it for store credit...

The Munchables (Wii) Review

Evil Space Pirates have invaded the planet of Star Ving and it is up to you and your appetite to defeat the monsters.

The Munchables is a fun, relaxing change of pace from extremely competitive video games. If you are looking for a game that the whole family can enjoy or if you are looking for a fun experience, then look no further than The Munchables. It is a cute...

Portion control in a bad way.

The Munchables is a platforming/action game which leverages some of the more addictive qualities of Katamari Damacy and Pac-Man, and the result is immediately intuitive, if not a bit shallow overall. However, forgiving its disappointingly short...

Om nom nom nom

Chomping is undeniably fun ; Quite funny to behold ; Can poo out a Legendary Orb

Shamelessly copies Katamari ; Gets a bit repetitive ; Not much to it

Although it gets a bit repetitive, and there isn’t much to it, there’s something fascinating about a game that lets you eat and eat until you poo out a ‘Legendary Orb'.

The Munchables Game Review–OM NOM NOM NOM…

If you ever wondered what a hybrid of Pac-Man and Katamari Damacy might look like, then you need look no farther than Bandai-Namco's newest bizarre action title for the WIi, The Munchables.

Fend off fruity interstellar freebooters in this shallow piratical adventure.
