Trauma Center: Second Opinion Review

Turn your lounge room into an operating room with the Wii's first medical sim. Trauma Center: Second Opinion is a beefed up port of the classic DS title, Trauma Center: Under The Knife and introduces new gameplay elements as well as intuitive use of...

Intuitive use of the Wii Remote and Nunchuk; You learn a lot about medical procedures and the human body as you play; Death is final - there's no room for error; Great concept

Not as visually appealing as it could be; Some of the dialogue is a bit over-the-top; Can become frustratingly difficult further into the game

Trauma Center: Second Opinion (Wii) review

If there is one thing we all collectively like to complain about when it comes to Wii games it is that most of the good ones always seems to come out here dead last. We are still complaining about Super Paper Mario, although that wait is just about...

Trauma Center: Second Opinion (Wii)

The medical drama and genre redefining, surgical simulation, Trauma Center, first saw the light of day as the popular Nintendo DS hit ‘Under the Knife'.

Addictive ; Actually makes you care

Very text driven

In Trauma Center you get to step into the shoes of slightly camp, Dr. Derek Stiles, a newbie doctor fresh out of training. After a few bodged-up operations and a good kick up the backside by the bedside Nurse, Derek soon realises that this Doctor lark...

Challenging in an enjoyable way

Challenging in an enjoyable way

I liked this on the DS and it is much better on the Wii. Graphics not too small so even if you don't have a big TV, you can see this well enough to do well in this game.

Fun, addictive, original

A fantastic, unique game that utilizes Wii's controllers better than any other game including Nintendo's own. Lots of fan and extremely addictive. For those of you that might have heard that the game is difficult, that is definitely not the case...

Far from traumatic.

Far from traumatic.

Apart from those few levels you just cannot do!! A good game, though somewhat unrealistic. Has me shouting 'DON'T YOU DIE ON ME MAN!' I like it :)

Great!

This is a great game. Quite tense!! You really feel the pressure to save this guy's life!! Only down side is that in between ops there is sometimes too much conversation between characters (well, for my liking anyway). Overall though, great fun.
