Assassin's Creed III

Capturing a sense of time and place has always been central to the appeal of each Assassin’s Creed. Whether the dusty streets of Masayaf, the canal veined archipelago of Venice or the sun baked Constantinople, each of Ubisoft’s chosen settings has been...

At times Ubisoft threatens to pull off one of the most ambitious games of this generation, at others it threatens to make one of the most frustrating. But much of that frustration is born from the knowledge of just how good Assassin’s Creed III could...

Assassin's Creed 3 Review

Assassin's Creed 3's explosive trailers do the game little justice. This is not a title of endless set pieces and tireless action. It includes many spectacular moments, but a certain type of thoughtfulness underlines the series for the first time....

Assassin's Creed 3: Tyranny of King Washington DLC - Episode 1 review

Connor isn't Connor in this alternate timeline. He never met Achilles, never trained as an assassin, and was never given his new name. He's simply Ratonhnhaké:ton, and instead of white robes he wears animal skins. But here's the twist: he remembers...

Intriguing premise ; Unique stealth mechanics

Feels too familiar at times ; Weak side missions

Assassin's Creed III: Liberation (PS Vita Review)

It's the second coming of Sony portable's war against the Templars. And Ubisoft's bringing the fairer sex along for the hidden blade killing.

A female assassin ; Interesting storyline ; Touchscreen integration

Buggy gameplay and AI ; Formulaic missions ; Poor graphics engine

Assassins Creed III: Liberation aspires for greatness but falls short in nearly every category. Weak graphics and gameplay hamper Avalene and a title that could’ve been so much more.

Assassin's Creed 3 Review

If you only play two assassin games this year, make this one of them. I’d be very surprised if this doesn’t make Game of the Year for most...

Movement and combat issues are fixed and flow intuitively; New environments are so immersive; The story is both vast and extremely visceral; The naval section is a unique game in itself

The underestimated Naval section and its gap in story development; AI does not detect obvious sounds
