Earthworm Jim HD Review

One of the greatest heroes of the 1990's returns in glorious HD. Will it satisfy your inner child?

Playing through the game, you can earn profile pictures and avatar awards, including Earthworm Jim’s nifty super suit. Leaderboards will keep track of best times and other little things. Beyond that though, there isn’t anything else to do with the game...

Earthworm Jim HD review

The original Earthworm Jim featured one of the most unusual videogame heroes ever. A worm. In a spacesuit of some sort. It was so intriguing that you absolutely had to play the game to see what it was all about, and it was a very competent 2D shooter....

Earthworm Jim HD

Whether it's down to the surreal sense of humour or the larger than life art style, there's something instantly charming about Earthworm Jim. Picked from the collections of yesteryear due its smash-hit status, the game's polished sheen serves only to...

Earthworm Jim HD is the very definition of a remastered classic. The stages are vibrant and colourful, the gunplay is satisfying and the world crafted is as tripped-out as ever. If we were to lay down one criticism it would be at the relative lack of...

Earthworm Jim HD- Xbox 360

While it's impressive that Earthworm Jim HD is still crazy after all these years, the game would be a lot more playable today with some concessions to modernity. Purists who fondly remember playing the original game on the Genesis might just love this...

Earthworm Jim HD- Xbox 360

Completely insane and wickedly funny, Earthworm Jim was one of the most original platformers of the nineties and it still hits home today. A truly superb update.
