Last year's Kinect Sports gave players the chance to experience a wide array of sports in the comfort of their homes. Building on that success, Kinect Sports Season Two brings six different sports and a new Challenge Play mode to the fold. From...

Kinect Sports: Season Two

Kinect Sports: Season Two is one of the few first party Kinect titles to be released this year. Nearly a year after the original Kinect Sports game

Kinect Sports: Season Two is a mixed bag. A few of the sports were fun, while others were disappointing. Menu navigation has been greatly improved from the original and voice controls were a welcome feature, even if they didn’t work perfectly. The game...

Rare's second motion-controlled sports compilation is a solid sequel that introduces some novel new ideas and fun, family-friendly games.

In-game voice control; more family/casual gaming fun; darts, golf, baseball

Kinect Sports: Season Two Review

Kinect Sports was a launch title for the new controller free device that has become one of the fastest selling electrical items. However since then we've seen little in the way of must have games and people's patience is being tested. So is it up to...

Kinect Sports: Season Two Review

Some minor issues aside, Season Two is a fun collection of sporting activities that everyone can enjoy.

New sporting events offer a lot of variety ; Downhill skiing is blast ; Voice commands make menu navigation a lot quicker ; Challenge Play allows you to play against friends for bragging rights ; Good fun to play with others

Darts is extremely difficult to play and plagued with sensor problems ; Football is under utilized

Among the other additions to Season Two is the ability to issue voice commands. Navigating through menus by stating what you see onscreen makes getting to your sport of choice a much simpler affair. Voice commands are also implemented in a few of the...

The collaboration between Rare and Big Park looks to bring you six more sports into your living room: American Football, skiing, darts, tennis, golf and baseball; with the usual array of mini-games to accompany them. The big advancement tech-wise in...

Kinect Sports: Season Two is a fairly mediocre follow-up to the original not so much in terms of content, but the sports you’re left to play and how they play. Online play is a great addition, as is more voice control, and the darts and the golf are...

Kinect Sports: Season Two

Kinect Sports came onto the scene along with the shiny new Kinect hardware last year. Much like Wii Sports did, it served as an example of what the tool was capable of. However, though it had its frustrations, it still was an enjoyable experience....

Don't let any of the annoyances portrayed here fool you ? it's my job to point them out. However, the bottom line is that Kinect Sports: Season Two is a lot of fun to play. It's not a game you'll play for hours on end, but instead it's one you'll pull...

Kinect Sports: Season Two

No matter who you are you'll likely have fun messing about with what's on offer here, especially if you're in the company of friends.

Darts, baseball, skiing and golf are good fun ; Lively presentation

American football is too simple ; Tennis isn't great

Kinect Sports Season 2 isn't a super authentic recreation of sports, but that isn't really what this series is about. No matter who you are you'll likely have fun messing about with what's on offer here, especially if you're in the company of friends....
