Face it, not everyone can get on The Biggest Loser. We can't have Bob or Jillian come to our house to help us out. This is the next best thing. I had gotten away from exercising and noticed the weight starting to come back. Thought I'd try this game...

As far as fitness titles go, this is one that cleverly balances the concept of interactive entertainment with a fitness regimen. Within the context of weight loss, it's a fun and effective challenge.

wasn't as good as other fitness games out there, like your shape and active 2. i did like the idea of the voice recognition but it didn't work that well which was dissappointing. it gives a great variety of excercises incorporating both on the floor...
