LEGA Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy

LEGOS and Star Wars? How could it get any better? Billy takes on the building block Empire in this review rewind.

Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy moves the series forward in a few crucial ways, namely balance and replay value, but it’s one step forward and two steps back. By changing the core formula that made the original title work, Lego Star Wars II,...

Lego Star Wars II

Ahh Star Wars! Some say the best trilogy in the history of cinema. Whether or not that is the case, surely no one can debate that the Star Wars universe is a fascinating and ideal setting for a video game and while there have been no shortage of games...

Lego Star Wars 2 is a fun two player romp, especially for kids. If only it had a better single player mode with better AI, it could have scored so much higher.

LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy Review

I know. You think a Star Wars game where all the characters are LEGO blocks is a pretty goofy idea too. When I first heard of it, I thought LEGO Star Wars was a joke, a late April Fools' prank or something. But here we are: LEGO Star Wars essentially...

LEGO Star Wars II is a fun romp through the original trilogy of movies, and that crazy LEGO style really gives the whole thing a unique feel. If you liked the first game and love the original trilogy of movies, this one is a pretty easy selection to...

Lego Star Wars II - Xbox 360 review at Thunderbolt Games

Let's face it- It hasn't been a good decade for Star Wars fans. The Phantom Menace, released during a golden age for the console era, started a landslide of shoddy games bearing the name so many geeks around the world held in such high regard. Attack...

Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy

Igniting a firestorm of frenzied Star Wars fanatics, the original Lego Star Wars became a classic almost immediately when released for the Xbox and PS2. Traveler's Tales, the developer, decided to continue their unique take on the Star Wars universe...

Still, it's absolutely worth running through. For adults who care nothing for achievements, pick this up as a rental. As for the rest of the gaming population, parents looking to introduce their offspring to the trilogy or achievement junkies looking...

LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy

Your first stop in LEGO Star Wars II is the Mos Eisley cantina. This famous hive of scum and villainy is the central hub of the game that will allow you to venture to various destinations. You'll have access to a holographic display that shows the...

In a character based story mode mission, you’ll begin the mission with the relevant Star Wars characters and usually add more to your group as the level progresses. For example, in the Echo Base level you’ll start out playing as Han Solo and Princess...

LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy Review (Xbox 360)

is still a by-the-book action game in that there are only three basic action buttons. This ensures that youngsters won't be bogged down by flipping through the manual or staring at menu screens to memorize any type of sophisticated combos. Thankfully...

LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy Review

LEGO Star Wars II is the ideal sequel for the Vader loving geek in all of us.

Quibbles aside, LEGO Star Wars II is a smashing success for gamers both young and old and even those Star Wars fans that are still left with a hangover after being subjected to the new movies. This is, without a doubt, one of the best Star Wars games...

LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy (Xbox 360) Review

See Lego out act Hayden Christensen.

If you have any console this is easily a game you should play and the only problem with the 360 version is that it's a little more expensive the any other, which does seem a bit of a cheap thing to do. Ignoring that this is easily one of the best games...
