S greatest strength. There's plenty to do, and whatever part of the game you don't enjoy can be safely avoided without impacting the fun to be had elsewhere in the title

Can this latest big-budget installment possibly compare to Spider-Man 2? Yes, but not very well.

Spidey looks magnificent; web-slinging is still a joy; tons of combat moves

Every other character looks terrible; camera gets distracted easily; frustratingly difficult

The game will be single-player only and while there has been no word on future downloadable content, Treyarch hasn't closed the door on that possibility, so keep your eyes peeled
