Wolfenstein: The New Order Review

Wolfenstein: The New Order is not the greatest AAA shooter in the world, but does some great things with new and old shooter conventions.

The one complaint I would have about the gameplay is that the shooting itself tends to get a little boring. The gun design is rather uninspired. True to old-school shooters, you really just have one pistol, one shotgun, one machine gun, so on so forth....

Wolfenstein: The New Order Review

While part of me is disappointed at the lack of multiplayer (more Enemy Territory anyone?), the lengthy (by shooter standards) and cinematic campaign was an absolute riot from start to finish...

Clever merging of old and new; Solid campaign length; Genuine replay value; Branching combat options; Impressive arsenal; A game that deserves its R18+ rating

Pre-CS1.1 AWP of throwing knives; The uglier sides of id Tech 5; Can’t relocate bodies when playing stealthy; Fetch-quest base missions; Sporadic AI fails
