The Sansa Fuze uses a proprietary dock connection, the interface is blah, and the screen has a dingy look to it.
The SanDisk Sansa Fuze is a great value--a slim design, simple interface, plentiful features, memory expansion capability, and solid sound quality all come with an easy-to-swallow price tag.

A low price, a deep feature list, and an ultracompact design make the Sansa Fuze a very worthy Nano competitor.
Slim, compact design, Expandable memory
Video playback isn't crisp
The Fuze is a worthy competitor to the Nano--and an even better choice if you're looking for a flash player with expandable memory, an FM tuner, and a lower price tag

sandisk sansa fuze review: Hey there, Nano killer! The Sansa Fuze has its sights set on Apple's skinny player, but comes up a little short. Still, with its extra features and ease of use, it's one to put on the shortlist.
Chic, sturdy design, Easily navigable menus, Heaps of features including a memory expansion slot, Handy Home button
Lower-res screen makes text menus and images look blocky, Dodgy earphones, Few customisation options
The Fuze is easy to use and a decent alternative to the Nano, but it does feel less polished overall.
Design Looking at the design of the Sansa Fuze, it's obvious which MP3 player...
this has got to be one of the best mp3 players in the market today. it\'s got everything you would need in a credit card sized player - audio, video, voice recorder, fm, and expandable memory - the expandable memory and the long battery life are probably
expandable, small, sleek
small screen size
I like the memory expansion option, the easy ...
For people like me who want to rip cds onto their mp3 players and don't buy itunes, it couldn't be easier to use. Comparing it side by side with an Ipod, trying to put music from cds on both players; The Fuze beat the Ipod.
It wouldn't accept mp4 and wmv video files.
Over all for the money and ease of operation ...
I bought this for my wife who never downloaded MP3 and for her to jump in with both feet and go through the different menus was real easy for her. Easy to read, easy to load and easy to browse the menus
We bought the carrying case which straps to your arm and getting to the power button is a little hard to turn it on and off. Other than that no issues
Digital player / radio - flash 2 GB - WMA, MP3 - video playback - display: 1.9" - black
