Worked fine for the first couple weeks, but stopped connecting to watch one afternoon. I can't think of any reason it malfunctioned other than when my shoelace would constantly tap it over the course of 15+ miles with every stride.

Product was ok in training, but a few months after purchase I ran NYC marathon, and it died in the middle of Brooklyn, some 6 miles/10km after start. Not reliable.
