Once I was able to sort out the Microsoft issues and make it look like Win 7, it all worked great for my mother who is not computer lit at all and could never figure out and remember how to use Win 8.

Plastic wired keyboard and mouse really hurts the overall feel of the hp all in one screen poss too big for close work ok in large room cpu too sluggish too many built in apps overall sadly disappointing hence returned.
