I like the keyboard better than my old keyboard. I love the bigger screen (20"). The entire computer does alot more than my old computer...unfortunately I do not know how to use all of the features that is included.

This product has been a nightmare. The motherboard went bad due to popped capacitors (a well-documented and known problem by 2008) and then a lost hard drive. I should never have purchased it.

Comes with an advertised Blu-ray player, but no software that supports it, so the Blu--ray player out of the box doesn't work and is therefore worthless. Talk about false advertising! Its amazing HP can get away with this kind of misrepresentation....
