Digital camera - compact - 9.1 Mpix - optical zoom: 15 x - supported memory: MS Duo, MS PRO Duo, MS PRO-HG Duo - silver

Though its lens isn't as wide and suffers from many of the same lens artifacts as its competitors, the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H50 is a good megazoom camera with a lot of features for experiment-minded snapshooters.
Superzooms split the dSLR and compact camps, but the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H50 sweetens the deal with a full 18x zoom lens and a handy fold-out LCD screen. There's a wealth of features in the sturdy body, all of which can be tweaked. Images look great

Lightweight, super night shots, burst was welcome at 100 shots per, liking it more each day I take it out.
A bit too tiny for my hands but a comfortable fit to carry in my hand ready to shoot. The 3 minute shutdown can be bother with the slow start up. Also frustrated with Sony's push to buy THEIR filters - 74 mm is difficult to find.
