According to the Seasonic label, the +3.3V and +5V rails can both deliver 24 Amps, for a total combined output of 130W. There are two +12V lines, each can output 17 Amps for a combined output of 480W.
Seasonic has put together another solid power supply, and best of all the S12 II 500W is priced pretty darn aggressively. Recommended
There are four +12V rails on the SS-650HT and each can deliver a maximum of 18Amps apiece with total power output of 455W.
There are a lot of expensive power supplies on the market, and regrettably most are expensive due to gimmicks like flashy LED fans, see through PSU containers and detachable cables. In other words, useless junk

Built around a e 2.4GHz dual core Athlon64 X2 4800+ CPU, and pre-installed with Microsoft WindowsXP Professional, the system should have plenty of potential pixel kicking power.
