A Class 6 SDHC card is a must. I've tried 3 different cards and all worked. Lower classes worked find however you cannot use all of the features on lower than Class 6. A class 4 worked find but I kept getting an error message flashing when the camera firs...

This camera is very easy to use right out of the box. It has an amazing picture and the sound quality is excellent.

No HDMI cable included with the camera. You have to buy one seperately. Although, there are other included connection cables included, HDMI gives better picture quality when connected to compatible HDTV.
