Size, image quality, looks, ease of use.

Once you get to grips and switch from easy mode which is fairly limited, this camcorder is quite versatile and I am still learning, you need to read the manual and not be afraid to experiment. Still early days for me!

Compact and reasonably light.
Requires bright artificial lighting indoors and sunny conditions outdoors otherwise video appears little different from my 2yr old JVC video camera.

image quality ease of use
battery life is terrible and software almost useless maybe theres after market software that can do a better job but i would still recomend this camera its pobably one of the best at the moment

Excellent build quality. Very good picture and sound quality. Very easy to use but with plenty of features. Small and quite light.
Poor software with camera makes editing difficult. I have opted to use Sony Vegas Platinum 9 which handles high definition files.
