Had this phone for 2 years now, mostly good except for when I dropped it on a road pretty hard on a rainy day. Also had a few bugs until I updated the software for it. Even so, it often goes into voice recorder when locked.

Decent overall phone for it's time ; Relatively customizable (shortcut menus as well as skins/tones)

Quite bulky, particularly with a case ; Slide mechanism can get pretty rough ; Taking off the back cover is not always easy ; Not particularly shock proof ; USB connection keeps dropping out
