The flip is weak and has broken on my phone after just 6 months - costs 21.84 for Sony to repair as it is not covered under warranty - this looks like a fundamental design fault.

I can not capture vedio through my w350i phone as well as i can not connect to the internet through my phone........ there is no vedio recoding option in my phone..... and no GPRS option is avalable..... kindly anybody please help me in this regards....
