SERVICE! I had to get rid of it. It would only say "Emegergency Calls Only" while I had 5 bars, meaning that it can get signal from a different services towers, but not mine. Camera was not great.

Concerns about the small keys are misplaced. ...

let me point out that I find this phone reall... 

beautiful design, blog-writing, integrated calender and nearly everything you can think of, comes with 1gb of memory which is enough for you to walk around with 10 albums!

even through good headphones the sound lacks punch and detail

1. great minimalistic design 2. extremely durable body 3. stays where you put it due to rubber back 3. good walkman feauture 4. buttons although small separated from eachother and easy to use 5 user interface and display 6. slick, ultrathin and light

if you use it for calling and listening too records no cons. forget about taking high quality prictures with hopeless camera though and listening to radio since there is none
