I've had several FujiFilm FinePix cameras over the years, and several other brands. When I statrted photography in High School, I was the yaear book photo guy, and later I was the Class Photographer in my Police Academy...all with a Konica 35 mm film SLR....

Battery is a propriatary Fuji battery, not a easier to find AA or AAA alkaline. But it does last quite a while between charges, and you can get a 2nd one for longer trips or more pics
