actually this mp3 was quite not bad but only it can't have a long line playlist and in fact just before the writer says the service is not quite good is actually that she has not take the queue number from the service centre than she says like this.......

Terrible. Hung on me 3 times in a year. Cust svc is very poor.

My mp3 player hung on me 3 times and despite having to send it to the service centre and picking it up again, this device just does not serve me well. The customer service staff are not helpful and are unable to direct my concerns to anyone who can help....

While it works, it is good.

Customer service is just terrible. Hard to speak to anyone who can help.
