Kenmore Elite 70pt Dehumidifier does the job - after 1 year!

I called Sears & took it into the repair center.  They found a faulty circuit board & replaced it.  It would have cost...

Additional instructions are needed

I'm now on my second unit.  The first one I purchased "Open-Box" because it was the only one in stock.  I returned it to the service department, and after three weeks I got it back.  Same problem.  Bad pump.

If unit keeps on working as it should it will earn all 5 stars

I have moisture problem in my basement and needed a dehumidifier ASAP as mold started to appear. I tried shopping around for the best dehumidifier out there and bump in to this unit at Sears. It has everything I was looking for in a unit. Large bucket...

Performs well but some negatives

The dehumidifier seems to work well so far but it seems to put out quite a bit of heat and is not nearly as quiet as I thought it would be.

A risky purchase.

This is my second one. My first one worked pretty well (the pump had issues) but it stopped removing water after a few months. Fortunately is was under warranty and Sears replaced it because it was too expensive to repair. However, the new replacement...

This thing is a BEAST. Couldn't be happier.

The main reason I purchased this unit is the pump out feature.  I have had this thing running now for 3 days and in a 12-16 hour period it pumps out 5+ Gallons of water. I have trouble keeping up with emptying the 5 gallon bucket before it overflows.

After one year, it doesn't work! $300 down the drain.

Our lake front home is losing the battle in our lower living area. This super duper dehumidifier is not collecting moisture, with inaccurate data readings (I use my own meters), and the pump is not working.

Kemore Elite 70 pint dehumidifier works well

We have had this dehumidifer for over a month now. So far, it works quite well. We have such a humid basement that w/out a dehumidifer pools of water had formed on the cement floor. Overnight it cleared up the humidity and elminated the wet-basement...

Would not waste your money

Had it for almost a year it froze up, we sent it in to get fixed. Still don't work. It doesn't suck out the water, we can run it for hours and still no water in the bucket. Our basement is a typical old basement that is damp all the time. Would not...
