Have seen these types in operation putting out good quantitiess of refrigerated air from the front vents. Some people apparently do not understand that the back of these refrigerating units must be properly vented to the outside to allow heat absorbed...

Overall I would not recommend this system. Better option would be a more expensive model with higher cooling or a window unit.
