Forget Computer based BD Players

The audio issue is something I didn't anticipate and I'm sure I won't be the only one. I am done with BD Rom units built into my computers as well as USB BD Rom units, the software is just awful and I've tried them all. Eventually they just don't work....

Played the first two Blu-Rays I threw at it so far. This is a rarity around my house

Volume control. Maybe I should have known but if you HDMI this into a monitor without speakers and then run audio out from your monitor to your speakers you will have no volume control except the volume knob on your speakers. No remote control via this...

Nice, not great

All in all, this is a nice player, but nothing like what I expected.

Wonderful picture and loads blu-ray much faster than other players I've had. It also updates the firmware automatically when connected to a WIFI network. Plays media through USB well, and streams Netflix

WIFI is not built in. It is accessed through a USB card and is unstable at times. Mine has also locked up a couple of times and had to be unplugged to reset

Nice little unit

Glad now my old HT set up died. For around a thousand I have BD player. HD projector and a receiver/stereo package. On a 10 foot screen!

Small. Light. Good internet connection. We live rural and do not actually have good hhigh speed internet. In fact it is often irritating on our computers. But, this unit can almost always let us watch youtube or netflix. Picture is quite good,...

Overall i really like this player. It is easy to set up and has all of the basic needs to watch a blu ray disc and to view Netflix for a reasonable price.

This unit is easy to set up and use. The disc tray opens and closes very fast and there is no wait like some players I have had in the past. The wireless connection was easy to set up and I played a Netflix movie with no problem at all. I had this up...
