It IS a refurb so I'm not sweating the dent, doesn't interfere with operation at all and that's the gamble of buying refurb!

Does everything it's meant to do and looks good

Dent more noticeable than I would have thought would be sent as a refurbished item ; Little wide (I would think) for a late model Blu-ray player but the dimensions are noted so it's not like I wasn't expecting it

Good Blu-ray

 

Hey it's a refurb, and it works. Can't really complain unless if it was purchased new.

Not a bad refurb Blu-ray for under $100. Good standard features. Didn't want one with all of the on-line video services. Load fairly quick, and matches my LG Plasma

When I opened the box. It appears which I assumed that it was the tech bent the metal cover when putting the unit back together after repair. I took the cover off and bent it back and put it on correctly
