Easy to set-up and use. Excellent picture and sound quality. Small size allows you to put it in tight places. Soft on light would make it perfect!

Played DVDs out of box, but would not connect to the internet. After working with it about 2 hours and downloading an update it worked. I had to download B-JM53BSPWWB-1007.3 from www.samsung.com and transfer it with a flash drive. Dale

This DVD/ blu ray player is soo user friendly. There are so many applications, WIFI ready, NET FLix , You Tube, HuLU, AND too much to list. We are going to purchase another for our second tv , I highly recommend this DVD player!!

This is my second Samsung DVD/Blu-ray player, BD-J5700/ZA. The first one was a BD-E5900 (purchased in June 2012--only lasted 3 1/2 years, a mild disappointment) which recently started misreading DVDs with pixelations, extended buffering, and hang-ups...

The main thing I dislike about this player is that there is NO power light or display on it. You can't tell when it's on or off.

This is a great product! The Apps alone make it worth the buy but the brand name is why we bought it!

Great machine for the cost. Easy to setup and operate. Samsung provides regular software updates that keep the system current. Only con---there is no light on the front to indicate when the machine is powered up or off.

Was easy to set up and use this Blu Ray player. Only feature I would have liked was a POWER ON indicator light. Other than that compact, easy to use and played well..
