Neat face index feature; bundled dock.

No eye-level viewfinder; no wind filter; no USB port on camcorder, just on bundled dock; annoying touch-screen interface; cables not ubiquitous yet for mini-HDMI connector.

The Sony HDR-SR5E is an excellent HD HDD camera that offers great value for money. Simply put, it is one of the best models in this price range that we've seen.
