Terrible sound quality and below average picture quality, it also says it acts as a webcam but doesn't actually work, i even called vivitar themselves and they were no help with it

Difficult to see if video on when under water if sun shining need to set video before entering water but otherwise excellent product

Images were disappointing in low light levels [this is probably down to energy saving lamps] Outdoor shots were clear and the colour was good. I haven't used it enough to fiddle with the settings to improve the indoor images

Bought this for my daughter to have some fun with movies. The waterproof feature is good for use in wet weather. Not tried it underwater yet. Not a full camcorder but excellent value for the money

It is hard to find bad points with this device remembering that it must not be compared with a camcorder at 5 times the price. No optical zoom of any sort limits the ability to get a good image from a distance.
