totally unreliable, sends messages on its own, switches to aeroplane mode on its own, throws me out of calls, rings other numbers while in a call. Using up data with unasked for apps.

No comprehensive instructions as to how to use the phone ,simple little things like how to add a new contact ,did it eventually by trial and error . You just need a little manual which cover the basics for numpties like me
