A case of too good to be true?

Plenty tough enough ; Solid performance levels for a rugged phone ; Good battery life

Design certainly won't be for everyone ; Predictably chunky ; Relatively small screen and low resolution

An impressively tough handset which is a good all-rounder for those wanting a rugged phone with plentiful battery longevity.

As rugged a smartphone as they come. Don't be fooled by the BV600's exterior, however, it's a solid mid-range performer in its own right.

Tough exterior; Above average mid-range specs performance; Surprisingly good camera

Screen feels a tad small compared to body; Blackview version of Android 6.0 a little finicky

At R5 200, the BV6000 falls into the mid-range bracket. What makes the device most pleasing though, is that the money you're paying is not only going towards a rugged device, but also one that will stand you in good stead when you're away from the type...
