HTC Touch (Alltel)

Alltel's HTC Touch delivers Windows Mobile power at a palatable price.

Inexpensive. Speedy processor. Plenty of room for third-party apps.

Balky touch screen. Mediocre voice quality. Middling camera.

HTC HTC Touch

HTC is on a hot streak. The company behind such smart phones as the T-Mobile Dash and the Sprint Mogul has now released a PDA phone under its own brand called the HTC Touch. The handset is aptly named for its 2.8-inch touch screen and its touch-based...

Slim design ; Touch screen responds to finger swipes

Doesn't always behave properly

HTC Touch (Sprint)

HTC's Touch is as close as many will get to Apple's breakthrough phone.

Most finger-friendly Windows Mobile device by far. Sleek and attractive. Fast. Excellent battery life.

Text entry at the bottom of the screen is obscured by keypad. No GPS application currently available. Wired headphones require a clunky adapter.

HTC Touch

This iPhone competitor reinvents the Windows Mobile interface—but not by enough.

Very attractive. Good call quality and battery life. Attractive new home screen interface.

Data entry is a pain. Hiss in music playback. Feels slow.

HTC Touch Review

HTC Touch is the first phone with TouchFlo technology - move your finger across the bright display to open a menu or scroll a page. While the technology is not very cool, the phone is the best looking WM6 Professional device
