The Sony Xperia XZs makes few significant hardware improvements over the original to warrant its high price.

Solid performance. Good camera. High-resolution audio and dual stereo speakers. Waterproof. Current Android software.

Expensive. Relatively low-resolution display. Fingerprint sensor not activated in US. Bulky design.
