ZTE Blade V

A quad-core phone for under £100

Great value, Neat-looking metallic rear, Decent screen

Poor camera, Some lag, Quad-core CPU a red herring

ZTE Spro Plus review

If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it might be a projector/tablet hybrid

Intriguing idea ; High-end specs

Chunky ; Does it solve any problems?

A curate's egg of a device - although it remains to be seen if it attracts people with a particular set of needs

ZTE Blade V review

Its cheap, but is it cheerful?

Cheap ; Quad-core chip ; Decent keyboard ; Good battery life

Rubbish camera ; Laggy in places ; Poor build quality ; Low internal storage

It's the best ZTE phone yet, although that isn't saying much as previous phones were pretty dreadful. It's a decent enough cheap handset, but despite the quad-core processor it felt underpowered. The camera is atrocious and there's precious little...

ZTE Blade V review

If you haven't got much money to spend on a smartphone then the Blade V might be just what you're looking for. It cost just £72 on a Pay As You Go basis from Virgin Media –that's cheap especially for what's on offer here.

With its extremely low price, the ZTE Blade V is a good budget smartphone. It has a respectable screen and design but falls down on cameras and software. If you can afford the extra for a Motorola Moto G you'll get a much better all-round experience.

ZTE Blade V review

With a price barely into three figures, the ZTE Blade V is justabout the cheapest quad-core smartphone you can find -- but is thatgood enough to make it a bargain? Full review

Decent build quality, quad-core processor, expandable memory, low price

Not a looker, so-so screen, low onboard memory

The ZTE Blade V is a budget Android with one trump card up itssleeve -- it's quad-core processor, which may not be up there withthe best but it distinguishes itself from just about any other 100quid handset. And while the price is attractive, the Blade...

ZTE Blade V

Like the recently reviewed Moto G, the ZTE Blade V considers itself to be a smartphone for those on a limited budget.

With the release of the Blade V handset, ZTE (recognised as the 4 largest smartphone manufacturer in the world) has added to its range of budget-priced smartphone models. This particular model is currently exclusive to Virgin Media in the UK priced at...

ZTE Blade V review

The budget end of the smartphone world is always a tad scary. This, the ZTE Blade V, has a 5 megapixel camera with flash, 4GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot and a quad-core 1.2GHz CPU.

For a double-digit price-tag, some sensible trimmings have been made to ensure that this is a speedy and well-designed handset.
