Not durable

 

I liked the price and look of this coffee maker when we bought it 1 1/2 years ago. However, now that I'm in need of a new coffee maker because this one had such a short life span, I think I will look at a more mid range maker that I'm hoping will last...

This is a really simple and awesome idea that someone had. I roast my own coffee and brew it in a vacuum pot, which is my preferred method. For single servings the vacuum pot can be a bit of trouble though, so I wanted something that brewed the same...
