Rating: B

When I was in the market to buy a 4-cup coffee maker, I was looking for three major factors, viz., price, pot design and ease of use. I bought the Black and Decker DCM500 at an unbeatable price, $13.50 at KMart. This is a big plus point for the coffee ...

SOMETHING REALLY WRONG HERE

But first a word: Another review of this product says that the filter basket doesn't come apart for cleaning. Apparently this product has been redesigned, as mine does lift out quite easily..... I bought this little coffee maker to replace a Mr. ...

Black and Decker Smart Brew 12-cup Coffee Maker (DCM2000): An Efficient Workhorse

I've never written a review about a coffee maker, but this one merits mentioning. The Black and Decker Smart Brew 12-Cup Coffee Maker (DCM2000) is a workhorse. It has served our office faithfully, almost every weekday for around two years. ...

I like my coffee in my CUP, not on the COUNTER...

I just moved in with 2 friends and we were shopping at Target, to minimize our costs on all kitchen expenses. I'm a coffee-a-holic and had to have a coffee pot immediately, but I'm also a poor recent college graduate, so price was definitely an issue. ...

Not durable

I liked the price and look of this coffee maker when we bought it 1 1/2 years ago. However, now that I'm in need of a new coffee maker because this one had such a short life span, I think I will look at a more mid range maker that I'm hoping will last...

Black & Decker DCM2000 Coffeemaker Shines!

The Black & Decker DCM2000 is a great coffeemaker. It is a basic unit which has only an on/off switch. This is perfect for those who don't need the electronic timers and want to save money. It does not leak water from the bottom of the unit like my...

Great little coffee gadget

This is a really simple and awesome idea that someone had. I roast my own coffee and brew it in a vacuum pot, which is my preferred method. For single servings the vacuum pot can be a bit of trouble though, so I wanted something that brewed the same...
