Had 4 Nespresso ones before this but was getting to expensive the coffee beans cost a lot less and wen you set it to how you like your coffee it's just fab will stay with bean to cup now and we drink about 20 cups a day in the house so much cheaper...

The instructions are very helpful. The demonstrations on UTube are emtremely helpful and assisted us in operating the machine.

It's very easy to operate and it cleans itself so I only need to dump the coffee ground left in the box. It not only satisfies coffee lovers, but also give non-coffee drinkers options for hot chocolate and hot milk.

Amazingly simple one touch coffee machine. The range of coffees this can make is great and the hot chocolate facility is an added bonus. The self cleaning programmes make maintenance simple too. This is really the top of the range bean to cup machine.
