Cheap Product

 

Krups used to mean quality. Is it becoming just another cheap appliance?

Coffee tasted great for the week or two it worked

It broke within a week. There is a delicate flap where the coffee comes out of the machine and into the pot, with a cheap spring. The spring doesn't work. Buy another model

Super easy to clean. Did I mention that the coffee was excellent.

It just makes great tasting coffee. Buy this and be happy

Great Coffee Maker

 

I am what you call an average coffee drinker. I love this coffee maker. I went from an plain jane coffee maker to this one and I am very happy.

This is a werid con - The alarm (which you can disable) reminds me of a smoke detector

Difficult to program! Would not buy again

 

The directions to program are difficult and unclear. Had to call the help line to program first time. We have had a power outage and guess we will have to call again, we have tried for two days to get it programed! Would not buy again.
