Mr. Coffee IDS77 Coffee Grinder

I personally use this coffee grinder more for pyrotechnical purposes: powdering potassium nitrate, re-powdering sugar, etc. But it definitely does a great job at grinding up the coffee too! For the price, you really cant go wrong, worst thing would be...

The most obvious one for me was that the grinding 'cup' part fully detaches from the motor base, quintessentially making cleanup a snap. The lid portion of the cup also detaches, so you can further do a more thorough clean. The way the cup is designed,...

The one major con I see, is that it tends to heat up a bit if you run it more than twice in a row without a 10-ish minute cool down. No biggie if you are just grinding for a quick cup/pot, but this is definitely not an industrial type coffee grinder,...

It's just "OK"

The buttons on the front appear to change only the amount of time it will grind (while you hold the power on). This makes it only slightly Rube Goldberg-ish. Black & Decker should stick to making power tools.

It grinds coffee.

It's not a burr grinder... it's a blade grinder/blender.

Mr Coffee IDS77

It had been 20 years since my husband was in the military when an old military buddy contacted him by Facebook and after talking only a few times he decided that him and his wife were going to come visit us from Germany. It was at this time he told my...

Grinding Coffee and Waking Up

There's no better cure for exhaustion, than a good night of sleep. However, that is not always possible, so you have to substitute this for a less natural remedy. There are "Go-Pills" that you can buy at a convenience store, that will keep you awake,...

An easy to use and efficient coffee grinder.

I like my coffee fresh and for that reason I prefer to grind my own beans. While looking for a grinder I made sure not to buy the cheapest one out there, but at the same time could not see the point in paying a lot of money, either. The Mr. Coffee ...

Easy to use and clean, and grinds quickly and efficiently.

Loud. Spout in top of lid is not user friendly and can be messy.

Byuk!! Cleaning arms wore off and broke!!

Hi, We loved this bean grinder. It was inexpensive, grind was variable based on settings, consistent enough for our liking. The best feature is that it is so mall to store. The second best feature is that the bean cup the grinding blades comes off ...

Size, price, grind quality is good enough unless you make espresso or french pressed coffee.

Cleaning arms wore down and broke.

Not too bad...

I bought this grinder because it had the option of course grind. I use a french press and really can't afford a good burr grinder, but like to grind my coffee fresh. One thing I found with this grinder is if I set it on 6 cups like my pot size I get...

Easy to clean. Nice to have course grind. I like the grind and pour container.

I would like it to grind a little courser.

Neat Lil' Blade Coffee Grinder

Plethera of features and settings. Grinds without hesitation in seconds. Easy to use and clean.

Some features rather hidden. Recommended bean amounts are a bit excessive.
